pigeonbits: I FINISHED DRAWING MY FIRST GRAPHIC NOVEL TODAY Omg omg and tomorrow I’m gonna start working on my next one! The last chapter is going to be posted in three sizeable, weekly chunks on my LJ, the first of which can be read right here. For those who aren’t familiar with Smbitten, it’s my all-colored-pencil-all-the-time short graphic novel about swing dancing lesbians in the 1920s, and I made it as part of my senior thesis at the Center for Cartoon Studies.  I just finished drawing the last page — 105 — this very evening.  And damn does it feel good.
